Step 1: Helios Checks What Most Buyers Never See

This one starts underneath the car, in the spots most buyers never think to check.

Our Helios inspection system looks under the vehicle for:

fluid leaks
rust and corrosion
damaged or missing components
signs of underbody impact

The undercarriage hides more problems than almost any other part of the vehicle, mostly because nobody's crawling under there during a normal test drive. Catching an issue here early means it gets a proper look before the car ever reaches our lot, not after you've already bought it.

Step 2: Artemis Looks Closely at Tire Condition

Tires tell you more than people expect. It's often the clearest record of how a car's actually been driven and maintained.

Our Artemis tire inspection system checks:

tread depth
overall tire condition
uneven tire wear
alignment-related wear patterns
visible wheel damage

Uneven wear, in particular, is a flag worth chasing down. It doesn't always mean something's wrong, but it's the kind of thing our technicians want to rule out before the car goes up for sale, not after.

Step 3: Atlas Lite Reviews the Vehicle's Exterior

Atlas Lite is our 360-degree exterior scan, high-resolution images from every angle, not just the ones a salesperson happens to walk you around.

It’s looking for:

dents
scratches
paint damage
glass damage
other exterior imperfections

Every used car has some of this; that's normal. The difference is whether it gets documented or just glossed over.

Step 4: Apollo Looks Beyond What the Eye Can See

The last stage is all about what's happening electronically. Apollo runs a diagnostic scan across the engine, braking system, emissions systems, electronic control modules, and other onboard systems.

Here's the thing about modern cars: they're constantly logging data, and a lot of it never triggers a warning light. Apollo pulls that stored information so our technicians have more insight to what the dashboard is (or isn't) telling them. It reports if a system fails or passes the analysis and breaks down all modules and current monitors.
